These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Inayat Lighting’s website and the purchase of our products. 

1. Product Pricing

Product prices displayed on our website do not include VAT, TAX, AIT, or other applicable government charges. Such charges will be added where applicable in accordance with government regulations.

2. Delivery Time

For in-stock products, estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days.

For pre-order products, estimated delivery time is approximately 25 working days.

Delivery schedules may change due to emergencies, transportation issues, supply-chain delays, or other unavoidable circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

For in-stock products, the full payable amount may be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

For pre-order products, a 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining 50% payable upon delivery.

4. Delivery & Site Handling

Inayat Lighting will deliver products to the agreed customer site and will bear the applicable loading and transportation costs unless otherwise agreed. After delivery to the site, unloading, carrying, lifting, and internal movement of products must be arranged by the customer.

5. Guarantee Policy

Selected Inayat Lighting products are covered by an official 2-year guarantee, depending on the specific product. The guarantee period begins from the invoice date. A valid purchase invoice must be presented to claim guarantee service.

The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from careless handling after delivery, installation damage, improper installation or application, moisture or water exposure, fire or natural disasters, or use of products in unsuitable environments.

6. Product Images & Appearance

Product images displayed on our website are for reference purposes. Actual product appearance, finish, or lighting effect may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, lighting conditions, or product updates. Customers are encouraged to confirm relevant specifications before placing an order.

7. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Customers are requested to confirm all product specifications and requirements before placing an order. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not be accepted. Where cancellation is approved, 25% of the advance payment may be deducted as a cancellation charge.

Updates to These Terms

Inayat Lighting reserves the right to revise, modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Updated terms will become effective once published on the website. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
